Fat Wash Gin  With Coconut Oil

This is propably my favorite of the 3 oils we used. It's resonably neutral in taste, but adds a lovely butteriness and viscosity to the gin.

Notes

When fat washing with coconut oil, use virgin or unrefined coconut oil. The refined version has most flavors stripped off, so it won't impart flavor in your final drink.
Return the fat-washed spirit back into its bottle to store. I recommend keeping it in the fridge or freezer if not being drunk right away as the fat makes this drink more prone to degradation from sun and oxygen.
