This recipe is a lot more out there than the coconut or olive versions. You get a strong sesame aroma, but yet the taste is savoury and balanced. We used this to make a negroni and is was epic!

Ingredients
25oz750ml gin
4oz120g Sesame oil
Instructions
Pour the gin into the resealable jar.
Pour the sesame oil over the gin.
Seal the container and shake it well.
Let the liquid sit at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
Place the container in the freezer, and let it sit overnight.
Remove the container then cut holes in the fat.
Pour the gin into a clean glass bottle lined with a coffee filter.
Notes
Return the fat-washed spirit back into its bottle to store. I recommend keeping it in the fridge or freezer if not being drunk right away as the fat makes this drink more prone to degradation from sun and oxygen.
