Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number automatically once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Your order may be tracked at any point via our order tracking page
Large and bulky pieces such as doors may not be able to be delivered to your door. These may be required to be collected from the shipping agent’s depot. We will contact you with specific instructions if this is the case.
Shipping Times
For orders within New Zealand, please allow 3-5 days for orders to arrive.
For international orders, please allow between 10-25 days for your order to arrive. If more than 25 days have passed please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
