15L Copper Pot Still (Whiskey/Gin/Rum)

Meet Tammy,

She’s a 15L (13L operating capacity) stainless steel boiler designed to sit on a stovetop or induction plate (best option).

The neck is a 4″ triclamp sanitary fitting which let’s you connect on the onion head and sightglass.

When making gin, we insert a gin basket into the column as away we go.

In the box is everything you need to get started. This includes:

• Stainless boiler with sight glass
• 4″ Glass neck/column
• 4″ Copper onion head with temperature dial
• 2″ U-shaped transition
• 2″ Shotgun condenser
• 2″ vent and takeoff port
• Cooling tubes and quick-connect fittings
• All associated triclamps and gaskets
• Gin basket (OPTIONAL EXTRA)

 

❌ What’s NOT included:

Unfortunately, we don’t supply the hot plate pictured. That’s because its really difficult to cate for the different voltages and plug types around the world. Also, you may want to use it on your stovetop, a gas BBQ etc, so pick what heat source best suits you

Our recommendation: We suggest picking up an Induction hotplate with adjustable heating control. Ours is 2000W and you can adjust the power from 200W all the way up to 2000W – perfect!
